Protection of labor rights of workers by the Federal Labor Inspectorate

Based on the analysis of the current legislation, the practice of its application, statistical data on the activities of the Federal Labor Inspectorate from 2009 to the present, as well as the experience of the author’s work in the monograph, the main issues of workers" labor rights are studied in the activity of the Federal Labor Inspectorate: from response to response to response Violations of employees" labor rights to prevent these violations, to cooperation with employees and employers.
