This textbook considers problems in the field of intellectual property rights in pharmaceutical activity. In the work, the legislative acts of such states as Russia, the countries of the European Union, including Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, the USA, China and a number of others, were analyzed. The author also analyzed the principles and methods of European contract law and contractual models in the area under consideration. In addition, ways to resolve the current situation are proposed.
