This monograph is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of relations that develop in the international protection of geographical instructions, the names of places of origin of goods and other means of individualization containing an indication of the geographical origin of goods. The author analyzes terminology, conceptual apparatus used in the field of security of geographical designations, their difference from other means of individualization containing an indication of the geographical origin of goods. Particular attention is paid to the financial and conflict-legal regulation of relations arising regarding the means of individualization containing an indication of the geographical origin of the goods. Expanded comments, the formation of the latest scientific approaches to the international legal protection of individualization means containing an indication of the geographical origin of goods, consideration of the national regulatory regulation of these intellectual property objects in the Russian Federation and in a number of foreign states are supplemented by analysis of Russian and foreign judicial practice of consideration of complicated foreign elements cases on disputes arising from a violation of rights to the subjects of intellectual property under consideration.
