The proposed work reflects the results of a scientific and practical study of the activities of the prosecutor"s office on the supervision of the implementation of laws during the period of crisis phenomena in the economy. The authors analyze the concept, signs and types of such phenomena, issues of countering it from the Russian Federation, reveal the features of prosecutorial supervision of the implementation of laws in the social, economic and environmental spheres, and the characteristic of crisis is given during crisis phenomena. The most pressing issues of prosecutorial supervision and the legality in the field of healthcare, energy, ecology, as well as labor, credit-banking, budgetary and antimonopoly industries, in the financial market, etc. are highlighted. In addition to each area, special attention is paid to the analysis of legislative provisions, forms and methods work, violations actualized in crisis periods, the most optimal measures of prosecutorial response.
