Structuring the property relations of the spouses is the most important practical task, which is facing every family. When planning a marriage, future spouses, unfortunately, do not always pay due attention to the financial and material aspects of their marriage and family relations, which in practice gives rise to a lot of disputes regarding their belonging to this or that property.
In this book, based on the current judicial practice, we decided to analyze the features of the legal and contractual legal regimes of the property of the spouses, the procedure for concluding and fulfilling marriage contracts, agreements on the division of property, alimony agreements and other civil law transactions, features of the execution of relations between a couple not consisting of a registered marriage.
We paid special attention to the study of the procedures for the division of the property of the spouses and the allocation of shares in the common property, issues of personal and joint, as well as extrajudicial bankruptcy, disposal of hereditary property using the usual will, as well as the joint will of spouses, the hereditary agreement and Testament order
