The proposed monograph is opened by the head on the basics of the general theory of qualification of crimes.
It does not set the task of considering all aspects of the theory of qualification of crimes, since they are covered with sufficient completeness in the works of famous scientists. This chapter sets out only the main principles of the general theory of qualification of crimes, so that in the future it is possible to use its tools in resolving practical issues related to the criminal-legal assessment of socially dangerous acts. Then two central chapters follow - the “Fundamentals of the General Doctrine on the subjective side of the crime "and the qualification of crimes on the grounds of the subjective side", and the chapter on the qualification of crimes on the grounds of the subject completes the monograph.
The legislation is given as of September 2014.
The work is intended mainly for judges, investigators, interrogators, prosecutors and lawyers, but can also be used by scientists, teachers, graduate students and students of legal educational institutions
