Problems of qualification of administrative offenses. Monograph

This monograph discusses legal regulation and issues of the implementation by prosecutors of their exclusive competence to initiate administrative offenses, covered the procedure for prosecutors of administrative persecution in relevant cases. For the purposes of the correct qualification, a generalized characteristic of the objective and subjective signs of the compositions of these administrative offenses is given, a scientific and legal analysis of each offense of this kind is given.
