This collection of articles of scientists and specialists in the field of civil law is devoted to the memory of the outstanding domestic civilist of Professor V.P. Gribanova (1921–1990) in connection with his 100th anniversary. Most of its authors are teachers and graduates of the Department of Civil Law of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, which he headed for about 20 years, and many of them are his students, who consistently developing in their works, scientific ideas and views of Professor V.P. Gribanova. The articles of the collection highlight the main problems of the exercise and protection of subjective civil rights and the performance of obligations by participants in modern civil circulation, including in the areas of contract, property and corporate law, as well as intellectual rights. They analyze the current legislation and law enforcement practice, as well as the main directions and prospects for their development.
