The monographs highlight the theoretical, legal and organizational foundations of ensuring the constitutional rights of the inhabitants of the peripheral and northern territories of Russia, and the international legal aspects of human rights regulation are revealed. The authors pay their main attention to prosecutorial supervision outside the criminal law sphere, offer measures to improve the legislative regulation of the rights of peripheral residents and the activities of the prosecutor"s office.
In 2019, in the competition for the best publication of the University of the Prosecutor"s Office of the Russian Federation of 2018. In the nomination "The Best Scientific Edition", this monograph was recognized as the winner.
