The work presents an analysis of environmental safety as an element of national security, the concept is formulated, the place and role in its ensuring international and national administrative and criminal law is defined, the concept has been identified, signs and classification of ecological crimes have been identified, and a characteristic of the composition of the environmental crime is given, and special attention is given to special attention devoted to its subject and consequences.
The signs of a crime encroaching on the environmental safety of the environment, and crimes encroaching on the environmental safety of the environment component are considered. Based on this, their characteristics are clarified, proposals are made to improve the relevant criminal law norms and the practice of their application.
