The manual was built on the basis and motives of the special course of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University).
In the 1st part of the manual, the concept, signs, types of organized crime are considered, a brief retrospective analysis of the causes of its occurrence and characteristics of the current state are given. In the 2nd part of the book, material on the relationship of organized crime with other types of crime, such as terrorism and extremism, corruption, economic crime, illegal drug trafficking, as well as relapses and professional crime, is presented.
