Problems of civil regulation of project and survey activities

The monograph reveals the essence of contractual relations on the implementation of design and survey work and determines their place in civilian circulation by comprehensive study of design and research from the perspective of private law and establishing the significance of resolving issues of design and research, through appeal to the norms of public law and order. The object of study of the work under consideration was the relations of the parties, which are developing in the process of concluding and fulfilling the contract for the implementation of design and survey work, and directly design and survey activities.
