In this work, urgent problems of the application of legislation on the most dangerous administrative offenses in the field of traffic are investigated, cases of which are subordinate to the justice of the peace. Based on the achievements of legal science, a large array of regulatory legal acts and trends in judicial practice, thorough and reasonable recommendations for the qualification of these offenses and the appointment of administrative punishments for their commission are formulated. Special sections of manuals are devoted to the application of institutions of the common part of the legislation on administrative offenses, proving and other procedural aspects of production for relevant cases.
