The monograph analyzes the direction of reform of the civil process, which received in the English literature the name "privatization of justice", partially realized in Russia. A generalized modern Russian and foreign experience is presented in the redistribution of competence between the courts and alternative methods of resolving disputes, the relevant changes made in the procedural law are evaluated, the consequences of the consequences of the wide implementation of conciliation procedures are made. A special emphasis is on modern national problems of enforcement proceedings, whose prospect of becoming the very first of the "privatized" parts of justice in Russia is very high.
