It is difficult to underestimate the role of the family and the importance of family relations in the life of any society. To date, in the doctrine and practice there has been an opinion that the Russian family should be considered as one of the highest constitutional and legal values. In modern economic and socio-political conditions, family and family relations need special legal protection and protection, and in combination with civil law, family and legal protection is most important, which is characterized by special forms, methods and measures.
The preparation of this work is dictated by the need to analyze the theoretical provisions and practical recommendations on the private law protection of family rights in science and practice in order not only to identify the essence and legal nature of the process under consideration, to develop a categorical apparatus, but also to determine practical recommendations for the effective application of methods and protection mechanisms.
