This publication is a translation into the Russian language of the principles of international commercial agreements as amended in 2017 by the leading council of the International Institute for Unification of Private Law (Unidruis) - an intergovernmental organization, which is also a Russian Federation. This publication is an expanded version of the international codification of the most common norms governing the rights and obligations of the parties that conclude various international commercial transactions. The previous publications of the principles of unidruis, which sequentially implementing the idea of ​​creating unified norms for international trade, were published in 1994, 2004 and 2010. And they gained wide fame in the international business community as an authoritative source of norms used in the conclusion of international commercial agreements and in the process of their implementation, as well as in resolving the disputed situations between counterparties. This publication includes the normative text, which was expanded by the inclusion of norms in it, reflecting the specifics of the legal regulation of the rights and obligations of counterparties concluding long -term contracts. This circumstance, of course, will contribute to the wider use in the foreign economic practice of this almost exhausting in its content the code of international contractual rules as an autonomous source of regulation of cross -border agreements concluded by entrepreneurs from different countries. The book will be useful for a wide range of specialists, both lawyers and entrepreneurs practically involved in foreign economic operations, as well as in the scientific analysis of the modern practice of private law regulation of commercial ties in market relations
