In the presented work at the monographic level, theoretical and practical issues related to the principles of criminal proceedings are comprehensively considered.
A number of theoretical position are developing in the book, relating to the general characteristics of the principles of the criminal process. The general legal provisions implemented in criminal proceedings, as well as constitutional norms, enshrined as the principles of the criminal process were studied. The authors proposed options for the main provisions claiming the role of the principles of criminal proceedings. A generalization of an understanding of the nature of procedural law with the principles of legal proceedings has been made.
The legislation is given as of November 1, 2021
