The monograph is devoted to the study of the establishment, characteristics of the content and implementation of the principles of civil law. The book gives a general characteristic of the principles of civil law, the modern problems of the operation of certain principles of civil law are considered, the principle of good faith and its significance for civil circulation were investigated, the principle of freedom of contract was carried out, the principle of inviolability of property was studied, and the principles of civil law in the regulation of rights to real estate were examined in detail. Property, the principles of law in the regulation of certain types of private law relations have been studied. A significant part of the work is devoted to the consideration of the implementation of the principles of civil law. Much attention is paid to the problem of the systematization and hierarchical connection of the principles of civil law. The work provides and analyzes the judicial practice, it is proposed to solve urgent problems related to the implementation of the principles of civil law.
