The authors of the scientific and practical manual consider the preliminary investigation and the features of its components - inquiry and preliminary investigation, as well as the powers of the bodies of inquiry and preliminary investigation, officials who carry out a preliminary investigation and general conditions for its implementation.
Investigative actions carried out in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, in the course of pre-trial proceedings, are presented in a single system, and the procedural documents drawn up during their production are classified according to the characteristics.
In the second part of the manual, more than 200 approximate samples of procedural documents provided for by the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation used by investigators, and investigators in the investigation of the criminal case are given. For ease of use, approximate samples are divided into 13 chapters, respectively, to the heads of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, regulating pre -trial production.
An integral part of the manual is a laser disk (CD), on which samples of procedural documents are reproduced.
