The scientific and practical manuals, firstly, are considered little-studied issues of preparing pre-trial expert conclusions that precede appeals to the courts with the requirements for the protection of predominantly property rights to land. Secondly, the book explores complex issues of forensic land management examination, classification of issues raised for the permission of the examination is given, various kinds of errors are analyzed when they are staged. Particular attention is paid to the standards of the technical language and style, the correctness of the questions asked by the expert, the correspondence of answers to the content of the questions asked. The book is equipped with two applications - three pre -trial conclusions and a dictionary of standardized terms and concepts that are used in departmental acts of specially authorized executive bodies and in federal laws to describe certain stages of establishing (restoration), consolidating and clarifying the boundaries of land plots. The dictionary equipped with an object pointer will help the parties in the case, lawyers, judges to navigate in the issues being studied, correctly pose questions at any stage of the process, and from a narrowly professional point of view to describe controversial situations more precisely
