Pre-contractual legal relationship-obligation: Fundamentals of theory. Monography

The monograph gives a characteristic of pre -contractual legal relations, the principle of good faith is revealed as a prerequisite for the pre -contractual legal relationship and pre -contractual responsibility. The literature analysis on the problems of determining conscientiousness, as well as examples from judicial practice on the application of the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on good faith, are also given. The provisions of the current Russian legislation are analyzed from the point of view of the pre -contractual legal relationship: its nature and place in the system of obligations.
