Consideration of the rightogenesis in the context of the problems of understanding, structuring, systematics of law allows the authors to move away from the traditional vision of this phenomenon as erected to the law of the will of the state. It is proposed to consider the rightgenses as a typologized process of transforming the prerequisites of law into its completed constructive (systemic) form. With this understanding, the relationship of law with the state is expressed primarily in the definition of the socio-geographical and chronological space of “state jurisdiction”, which determines the level of cultural development of the nation and its potential to introduce legal innovations.
