A group or collective lawsuit is an effective procedural instrument that allows the court to resolve the dispute between the defendant and the whole group of persons who consider their rights and legitimate interests violated. This book has investigated key issues related to the scope of group (collective) claims, the rules of their filing and consideration, the delimitation of the competence of the courts, the relationship with other forms of group production: participation in the case of third parties with independent requirements regarding the subject of the dispute, procedural complicity, consolidated composure enforcement proceedings. Based on the analysis and generalization of the emerging judicial practice of resolving disputes initiated by group claims in arbitration and civil proceedings, as well as collective administrative lawsuits in the field of administrative proceedings, practical recommendations are formulated in the book that may be useful for participants in the trial when choosing this procedural method of protection
