Personal and Property Relationships of Spouses. Textbook

In this training manual on the basis of existing legal acts, taking into account law enforcement practice and existing doctrinal views, a characteristic of personal non -property and property legal relations of spouses was proposed. Personal non -property rights and obligations of spouses, legal and contract regimes of marital property, the responsibility of spouses for obligations, the features of the alimony relations of the spouses and former spouses, as well as the legal regulation of personal and property relations of spouses complicated by a foreign element are highlighted.
