The course of lectures proposed to readers is aimed at covering an important direction of prosecutorial activity - the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil, arbitration and administrative cases. It sets out the history of the Russian prosecutor"s office in this area, the legal and methodological problems of the organization of the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil, arbitration and administrative cases. Particular attention is paid to the problems that arise in the process of prosecutorial work proposed ways to solve them.
