Participation of a specialist in law enforcement

The monograph is devoted to the participation of a specialist in law enforcement. It discusses the methodological, theoretical, legal and organizational foundations of the specialist’s participation in the proceedings on administrative offenses and criminal cases, conducting operational-search measures. Particular attention was paid to some administrative, judicial, prosecutor, investigative, lawyer, expert, forensic and operational-search practice for the participation of a specialist in law enforcement activities of representatives of the central, southern, north-west, Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural, Volga and North Caucasus, Volga and North Caucasus federal districts. The application presents an initiative draft federal law "On the activities of a specialist in the Russian Federation".

for scientists, faculty, graduate students (adjuncts), students (cadets), students of legal higher educational institutions and faculties, as well as for practical law enforcement officials bodies and expert institutions of Russia
