The monograph explores the issues of pandemia on various spheres of the life of citizens, on domestic legislation, the practice of its application.
Particular attention is paid to the problems of improving legal liability measures for violation of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being. The study was reflected in the results of a comprehensive theoretical and applied analysis of the main modern doctrines devoted to the influence of pandemic on crime and its transformation.
