The monograph is devoted to the study of the categorical method of knowing the phenomena of state and law. A dialectical systematic approach is used, with the help of which the dynamics of the interaction of legal categories is considered, their properties that are not found in the study of a static state are revealed, a system of legal categories is built. The features of paired legal categories are demonstrated that fix internal and external ties between individual state-laws and phenomena, their opposites, transitions and unity. Particular attention in the work is paid to the study from the standpoint of the human measurement of rights and obligations as key paired categories of jurisprudence.
