The monograph is devoted to the analysis of organizational and legal mechanisms of counteracting corruption in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in a systemic relationship with regulatory legal acts of federal legislation on countering corruption.
The study reflects the theoretical and methodological approaches of the institution of legislation and comparative law under the Government of the Russian Federation to the legal support of anti-corruption, and also takes into account law enforcement practice, including the interaction of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and federal state bodies.
