The monograph is devoted to the improvement of the theory of criminal law in the field of organizational criminal activity by comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical problems included in it. The work reveals the concept of organizational activity, its characteristic is given, the basis and conditions of the social determination of criminalization of organizational activity are revealed, urgent problems associated with certain types of organizational activity are investigated (Articles 1722, 2054, 2055, 210, 2821, 2822, 2841, etc. The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), on the basis of which proposals for improving the legislation were formulated, as well as recommendations on the application of relevant criminal law norms.
