This Technical Regulation was developed in accordance with the Agreement on the Unified Principles and Rules for Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of November 18, 2010.
This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for milk and dairy products that are mandatory for the application and fulfillment of the customs union in the customs territory of the Customs Products, issued to the customs territory of the Customs Union, for the processes of their production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as Requirements for marking and packaging of milk and dairy products to ensure their free movement.
If other technical regulations of the Customs Union are accepted with respect to milk and dairy products, establishing safety requirements for milk and dairy products, for the processes of their production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as the requirements for their labeling and packaging , then milk and dairy products, the requirements for the processes of their production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as the requirements for their labeling and packaging, must comply with the requirements of all technical regulations of the customs union, the effect of which extends to them
