This Technical Regulation was developed in accordance with the Agreement on the Unified Principles and Rules for Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of November 18, 2010.
This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for safety and meat products and related requirements for the processes of production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, which are mandatory for the use and execution of the customs union in the customs territory of the Customs Union, as well as the requirements for labeling and packaging Face and meat products to ensure free movement of products manufactured in the customs territory of the Customs Union.
If other technical regulations of the Customs Union have been accepted with respect to slaughter and meat products that establish safety requirements for slaughter products and meat products related to the requirements for production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as requirements to the labeling and packaging of slaughter products and meat products, then slaughter products and meat products related to the processes of production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as their labeling and packaging, must comply with the requirements of all technical regulations of the Customs Union, the action of which on them spreads.
