This technical regulation was developed in accordance with Article 52 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
This Technical Regulation establishes the requirements for the safety of food products produced in the territory of the Union, and the requirements for the processes of production, storage, transportation, and sales of them in the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Union) and disposal, as well as the requirements for labeling and packaging of food fish products to ensure its free movement.
If other technical regulations of the Union (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union) establishing the safety requirements of food fish products and related requirements for production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as requirements are accepted with respect to food. to the labeling and packaging of food fish products, then food fish products and the processes of production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal related to it, as well as the labeling and packaging of food fish products must comply with the requirements of all technical regulations of the Union (technical regulations of the Customs Union), action, action which apply to them.
