The book is devoted to the problem of the revival of the legal heritage of Russia as the successor and successor of the USSR, the RSFSR and the Russian Empire. The author substantiates the need to restore the torn connection of times in the development of Russian law on the basis of the draft federal law “on strengthening the legal foundations of Russian statehood”. The main directions of the implementation of the draft federal law are presented in proposals for the recognition, restoration or confirmation of the certain provisions of the legal acts of the USSR, the RSFSR and the Russian Empire, as well as to cleanse Russian law from acts that have not generated legal consequences from the moment of adoption.
