On the jurisdiction of citizens of gardening and gardening. Commentary on the new law

This commentary is dedicated to the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 217-ФЗ "On the conduct of gardening and gardening by citizens for their own needs and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation, the provisions of which affect a significant part of the population of the Russian Federation.
The comments discuss the features of the new legal regulation in the field of citizens of gardening and gardening, a comparative legal analysis of this law and the previously current provisions of the Federal Law of April 15, 1998 No. 66-ФЗ "On Horticultural, Occentry and Country Non-Profit Non-Profit associations of citizens".
