On the industrial safety of hazardous production facilities

This Federal Law defines the legal, economic and social basis for ensuring the safe operation of hazardous production facilities and is aimed at preventing accidents at hazardous production facilities and ensuring the readiness of exploiting hazardous production facilities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for localization and elimination of the consequences of these accidents.
The provisions of this Federal Law apply to all organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, operating in the field of industrial safety of hazardous production facilities in the territory of the Russian Federation and in other territories over which the Russian Federation provides jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law
