The training manual covers the main provisions on contracts aimed at the transfer of real estate, in particular on the contract of sale of real estate, exchange and donation of real estate, annuity agreements. The general provisions on the relevant contracts, their legal characteristics and qualifying features, as well as the features of the legal regime that form the organizational and legal requirements for their notarization, are considered.
