The monograph is devoted to a relatively new direction in legal science - the theory of national security and its legal support. National security is considered from the point of view of its mechanism and legal support in relation to legal liability and irresponsibility. The work determines the place, meaning and role of legal liability with legal security in the mechanism of ensuring national security, as well as threats emanating from legal irresponsibility for the normal functioning of the company and the state. System connections between these phenomena are investigated.
