Municipal law. Workshop for secondary vocational education

The purpose of the workshop is to give an opportunity within the framework of the course “Municipal Law” to master not only the theory, but also the mechanism of practical application of municipal legal norms. The workshop is aimed at mastering by students the methodology of solving problems of theoretical and practical nature, legal logic. In this process, the student must learn to justify his point of view, protect his own position in front of opponents. The solution to the tasks presented in the workshop is not to identify the breadth of knowledge, but to verify the ability to apply them, the depths of mastering the theory in practical examples, when modeling practical situations within the framework of the proposed business games.
