The collective monograph is devoted to the legal regulation of the implementation of climate policy against the backdrop of new challenges of modernity, climatic threats and ensuring environmental safety in a global context. The authors based on comparative research and interdisciplinary approach examined in detail the tools and the mechanism of legal regulation of climatic policy in Russia and abroad. The main factors of the transformation of national environmental law, taking into account the global climatic agenda, have been investigated. Particular attention was paid to the legal regulation of the realization of human rights and freedoms in the context of global climate change, as well as international cooperation and assistance at the level of different countries sustainable development and economic growth through the implementation of climatic legislation.
