The monograph offered to the attention of readers is the first comprehensive study and analysis of the state and features of the modern system of international legal regulation of air messages, namely such its most important elements as providing access to air transportation markets, the purpose of airplanes for the operation of air lines and control over the control of Their activities, the establishment of tariffs for air transportation, determine the procedure for participating in strategic alliances and other new types of their cooperation with each other. At the same time, the regulation of these issues is considered both within the framework of the traditional system of bilateral air communication agreements, and at the regional level, and in particular, within the framework of the European Union.
