In the monograph, a modernization of scientific knowledge was carried out about how to ensure property liability of members of self -regulatory organizations regarding determining their legal nature, about their functions and signs. A significant part of the study is devoted to the issues of identifying the legal entity of the concepts of ensuring property liability of members of a self -regulatory organization, to single out specific features of each type, to determine the functions of the methods of ensuring property liability of members of a self -regulatory organization, including an interim function. The ratio of methods for ensuring property liability of members of self -regulatory organizations and other interim measures and methods has been disclosed.
Conceptual shortcomings are disclosed in the formation and functioning of ways to ensure property liability of members of self -regulatory organizations in self -regulation of entrepreneurial relations. The ineffectiveness and inconsistency of the current legislation of such a method of ensuring property liability of members of self -regulatory organizations as collective insurance was revealed.
