The textbook is devoted to the investigation of crimes committed by minors. The basic elements of the structure of the private methodology are considered: forensic characteristics, features of the establishment of circumstances to be proved, features of criminal cases, organizing the investigation and the production of individual investigative actions with the participation of minors, the problems of prevention of minor crimes. The features of the investigation of the most common types of crimes committed by minors (crimes against the individual, against property) are considered. Each topic is accompanied by methodological materials to ensure independent work of students and for practical classes in the discipline, including control issues, practical tasks, scenarios of business games, lists of additional literature. Sample topics of abstracts and other research work of students are presented. In the preparation of the textbook, investigative and judicial practice in minors were used. Fell the requirements of federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation.
