The monograph discusses the issues of liability for selfish crimes against property committed using information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet).
The practice of qualifying these crimes has been analyzed, recommendations for its improvement are given, proposals are formulated to amend the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The results of the study expand and deepen scientific knowledge about selfish crimes against property and responsibility for their commission.
