The proposed monograph sets out the main provisions of the theory of bill mediation, developed by the author for the first time in the entire period of the existence of modern domestic doctrine of bill law. In particular, the problems related to the performance of acceptance and payment in the manner of mediation, as well as the features of the appointment of an intermediary and the proposal of one of the types of bill mediation, the bill holder are considered by several intermediaries.
The author also conducts a comparative legal analysis of the norms on the bill mediation of the domestic provision on the translated and simple bill of 1937, the French Trade Code, the Law on Translated Flaxes of the United Kingdom of 1882 and a number of other foreign bill of bills. Particular attention was paid to the French legal doctrine, the subject of the study of which was the institution of mediation in bill law.
The legislation is given as of November 2017.
