In the modern world, the law as a whole is generally expected to have an effective resolution of conflicts, and from private law - assistance in the development of the economy. The results can be achieved using all legal forms of activities of citizens, legal entities, as well as authorities related to the functioning of the civil law regulation mechanism. Therefore, its composition, structure, as well as ways to influence the corresponding social relations should be clearly indicated. Moreover, this must be done on an effective, scientifically substantiated and practically significant methodological basis, which allows you to correctly reflect the activities of modern society in the field of civil circulation. The solution of the tasks is impossible without a holistic understanding of the action of civil law, its purely dogmatic vision against the background of dialectical-materialistic perception and a wide worldview understanding of the value of the legal form of volitional relations in society, which can only be subject to legal regulation.
