As part of the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, on March 31, 2021, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Management through Right” on the topic of regulatory policy was reflected in Russian and foreign administrative law ”.
More than 150 people took part in the conference, among whom were representatives of Russia, Italy, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other countries.
The most urgent problems of the formation of a mechanism for implementing the regulatory policy of a modern state, requiring the creation of new legal models and structures, are considered, which are based on positive and jurisdictional procedures, means of regulating influence on public relations, suggesting a wide implementation of tools for evaluating such an impact, the possibility of strategic planning, as well as a wide part in the state administration of representatives of civil society and the entrepreneurial community. The development of such tools in the Russian Federation is possible subject to the generalization of the best foreign practices of the state regulatory policy.
