Management of apartment buildings. Theory and practice

The work is devoted to the basics and practice of building management, primarily residential apartment buildings, in conditions of imperfect housing legislation.
The author describes and systematizes the basics of management of houses, makes an economic analysis of the implementation of services of this kind. The global principles for managing real estate objects are given, a modern interpretation of the basic terminology in this area is given. The controversial cases that enter into a clear conflict with the current legislation are considered. New concepts are introduced that have not yet found proper reflection in our country.
Practical examples of management and operation of buildings, samples of management contracts, the provision of other services are given. Some aspects of the housing and communal services industry are considered, conclusions have been drawn about the need to develop market relations. A certain culture of housing management is proposed
