The monograph proposes the concept of managerial culture in the system of internal affairs bodies, the conceptual apparatus of the sociology of management was expanded due to the interpretation of the term "managerial culture in the ATS system." Based on the conceptual and theoretical model of the study of managerial culture, in the process of empirical interpretation of the basic concepts of research, indicators of measurement of the studied phenomenon were obtained. The methodology of empirical study of managerial culture has been developed, the results of its testing are presented. An aggregated indicator (index) of managerial culture is calculated. The functions of managerial culture, factors of its development are listed and described. In particular, attention is paid to the generational conditionality of managerial culture. The state of managerial culture in the system of internal affairs bodies is described. Options for its improvement are proposed
