The monograph is devoted to the study of the creation and development of legislative bodies in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The dynamics of a change in the legal basis for the functioning of the legislative authorities, as well as certain examples of the results of their activities. As conclusions, the author justifies the presence of several types of legislative processes in the Islamic Republic of Iran, shows the hierarchy of sources (forms) of law, explains how exactly the Islamic character of state power is realized in the activities of the legislative bodies.
